Los Toruños National Park
The Marisma de los Toruños and Pinar de la Algaida Metropolitan Park occupies an area of just over 1,000 hectares in the heart of the Bay of Cádiz, near the town of Puerto de Santa María. The park offers various leisure services to its visitors, such as parking lots, playgrounds, play areas, picnic tables, piers and beach equipment. In addition, the administration has deployed different emergency SOS points to allow communication between citizens and rescue teams.
Deployment of SOS Points for emergencies
As it is a very large area, the park administration has decided to increase the safety of its visitors by installing AirSOS emergency points, the wireless intercom for emergency situations. The park has different SOS poles distributed along the main trails, which in case of need communicate with the guard post (24 hours).
AirSOS, the AirVoice emergency intercom
AirSOS is the wireless intercom system for emergency situations. It is a system that does not require pre-installation and is totally autonomous, with solar energy. It allows immediate communication with the emergency services, Rescue, 112 or Civil Protection to carry out sound, information or emergency plans.
Administrations install AirSOS as emergency SOS points in different applications and sectors.
